It then extracts each arj/zip it to the same directory matching it's filename.

Then you can just associate all zip or arj files with itc.exe, then you just download the files to your desktop, doubleclick the new arj/zip file,then bam a new directory appears, this without asking any you any more questions. This new directory contains all the files of the program you just downloaded. Then you can test it, delete it, backup it up, or just delete it off your desktop.
